STEM Saturdays

Saturday, March 29, 2025
10:00 am - 11:00 am

Food plots have gotten popular as a way to attract wildlife to a particular place. On March 29 at Novaparke, Angel Jackson, District Manager for Floyd County Soil and Water Conservation and also with Purdue Extension, will be featured at a STEM Saturday session, discussing the role of food plots in land management, conservation and wildlife sustainability.

You’ll see how strategically planted food plots can support local ecosystems, improve soil health and attract beneficial wildlife. If you’re a landowner, hunter, conservationist, or just curious about sustainable agriculture, you’ll get valuable insights into the science behind food plots.

When: Saturday, March 29th, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Where: Novaparke, 111 Innovation Parkway, Georgetown, IN
